Homemade Shampoo and Conditioner

I kept reading about how after a while all the products used in hair can cause product build up, I realized that is why my hair is always so oily and a mess after I wash it. This started my quest for a homemade shampoo and conditioner recipe that could help and extremely quickly I found one

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 water bottles or spray bottles
  • Funnel

Directions
  1. Place funnel in the spout of the bottle.
  2. Pour 1 cup water into the funnel then pour the baking soda into the funnel remove funnel cover the bottle and shake until dissolved, this is the shampoo.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the vinegar, this is the conditioner

Notes:
This can be applied to wet or dry hair ( I used it with wet hair) but it has to be rinsed out with water (obviously)
Also don't worry about a vinegar smell because there isn't one , you could add essential oils if you want to add a scent to the wash.

Keep Calm and Sparkle On
